- A phlebotomist from precision labs will contact the patient the evening before the scheduled blood draw with an approximate time of arrival. The patient is given a 2 hour window.
- The phlebotomist will have on a badge with their picture showing that they are from Precision Labs.
- The phlebotomist will conduct them self in a polite and professional manner. They will follow all protocol to obtain a safe and issue free sample of blood.
- The blood will be handled with the utmost of care following all protocol so the integrity of the sample is maintained and accurate results are produced.
